7 Images That Will Help You Reach All Your Life Goals

This is an action session.

An action session is like medicine.

Medicine to improve your life satisfaction.

What’s an Action Session?

An action session is dedicated time and effort to an activity that helps you make progress toward a life goal.

In the big scheme of things, an action session is a small commitment.

Operational definition: 60–90 minutes of dedicated effort to an activity that helps you make progress toward a life goal.

That’s 4–6% of your day.

Complete an action session today and you get to deposit a small percentage into you—into your life.

A little bit of medicine—just for today.

Here’s the thing, though.

A missed action session leaves a hole.

That tiny percentage goes elsewhere.

And, if it’s not related to a life goal, well, there’s a gap.

Each day, you get a choice:

Will I invest 4–6% into me—into my life?

Will I take my medicine?

Now, what if you’re more advanced?

What if you have a few things you’re working toward?

Well, you simply complete a number of different action sessions for the day.

That’s what five action sessions looks like.

5–7.5 hours.

It’s a bit more of a commitment: 21–31% of a day

But, remember, we’re talking PhD level.

Each day, this student gets the same choice:

Will I invest in me — into my life?

Will I take my medicine?

Above and Below

On the surface, it doesn’t look like much.

Whether it’s one…

…or multiple.

But, what’s done on the surface…

…day after day…

…week after week…

…month after month…

…can lead to a big investment below the surface.

Those little investments—that daily dose of medicine—in yourself can have a big impact on your life satisfaction.

The question is:

Will you invest in your—will you take your medicine—today?
